March 9 to 11th was spent camping on the Cowichan River. Chris got out fishing three times on Saturday -- no bites at all so no fish for dinner -- he lost a bunch of fishing tackle on the rock fish though. I got a lot of x-stitch done. There was a lot of dead fish high on the shore. It was a great weekend away, despite all the rain.
