We're In China!!
Hello to everyone from us in China!! Very long flight - was great except it was turbulent enough that Debbie got sick. Hot here. Yesterday, we went to Forbidden City and Tianneman Square and walked around. Got funny looks due to our funny hats? Or big white guy with short Chinese girl? Or was it because we were holding hands? We went to the silk market and shopped - we were there for 6 hours! It was fun - Chris got into haggling after a while - lots of fun, but exhausting too. We had dinner with Cecile and Marty at Pizza Hut. Chris only slept for 6 hours the night after we got here. Last night I slept for a couple of hours before I kept waking up - Maybe it's due to the excitement that we'll have Asia with us tomorrow night!! We leave for Nanning tomorrow afternoon and receive the babies shortly after arriving.

I am so excited for you guys I can hardly stay in my own skin!! It sure brings back all the exciting feelings of when we were on the same journey a year ago. I can't wait to see you with your beautiful Asia in your arms. Eagerly awaiting more news!!
Hugs,
Val, Ron and Olivia
So great to read that you are in China having a great time!!!! We have been thinking of you all and can't wait for you to meet Asia!!
Very cool!! Glad you arrived safely and are experiencing the culture at Pizza Hut! Paul is jealous you went to Tianneman Square.
By the way, I don't have Charlie until the 31st - will give him ice-cream then. I don't think he will notice it's belated.
Hugs to you all, Melissa & Paul

Hi Debbie and Chris,
I am thinking about you while we are still waiting if we are in this time. By now (Monday) you will have Asia in your arms, so exciting for you. We will hopefully see you guys soon again in Victoria, then with both our daughters.

Wow! Congratulations. She's changed a bit, of course. Even though the kids knew we were logging onto the computer to see her Taylor still asked "Who's that?"
See you when you get home.
Love, Stef, Darryl, Dylan and Taylor
